Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: General objective: Design, structure and write a proposal to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of the “Program for the Promotion of Decent Work in the Care Economy - Productive Freedom”, in accordance with Bolivian regulations, including its operational regulations, detailed budget and sustainability strategy.Specific objectives:  Include in the design of the proposal for the “Program for the Promotion of Decent Work in the Care Economy - Productive Freedom”, the Resolution on Decent Work and the Care Economy. Care (CIT-2024), the 5R framework, the intervention model of the Social and Solidarity Economy Organizations (OESS) and ILO care cooperatives, as well as the experience of SOS Children's Villages in the prevention of child abandonment and the productive strengthening of union mothers and self-employed workers.  Systematize the diagnosis of the situation and the legal support of the program based on current Bolivian regulations.  Develop in detail the methodological components of intervention, from regulatory articulation to monitoring.  Prepare a proposal for Operating Regulations and operating manuals for care centers for review, validation and appropriation...
