The objective of the services of this consultancy is to carry out the execution of the DESCOM-FI Community Development and Institutional Strengthening Component of the Investment and Post-Investment Phases, up to 60 days after the final delivery of the work(s) ( s) CONST. WELLSDE AGUA SUBTERRANEA TOMINA (TOMINA), supporting the Beneficiary Community (CB) in aspects of capacity building, recognizing and respecting the organizational forms of the beneficiary communities, for an adequate use of the water and/or sanitation infrastructure; what will be financedor through the National Fund for Productive and Social Investment (FPS) within the framework of the MIAGUA V Program, considering the technical norms and regulations of the sector, the environmental norms in force in the country, social and environmental safeguards of the financiers, verifying compliance withor the contractual terms agreed.
