Please note that bids cannot be sent by e-mail or fax. IMPORTANT: When the technical and financial proposals are uploaded in the system (and the questionnaire as well, if applicable), please do not forget to click on the red “Submit Return” button at the end of submitting your proposal. If the procedure is completed correctly, you will be able to view and download the receipt in the “HISTORY” tab. Non-Submission of Bid In case you decide not to submit a bid, UN would appreciate your feedback. You will need to click the “OPT OUT” button visible on the UNGM page under tender management and select one of the following reasons for not participating in the tender: o Requirements are outside our ordinary activities o There is not enough time to prepare a tender o Lack of current resources to undertake further work o Tender submitted by an authorized distributor in the destination country o The company is participating as a subcontractor of another main tenderer. o Other (Please specify)
